Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in your country. One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.

Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before you can view ads or withdraw. You must submit genuine, unaltered documents matching your real name. Access to earning features stays locked until an administrator approves your submission, and we may re-verify at any time. Submitting false documents results in permanent removal and forfeiture of any balance obtained through fraud.

Each verified ad view credits a reward between $0.30 and $0.60 depending on the campaign. A view is only credited when it passes our anti-bot and fraud checks; we may reverse credits found to be fraudulent. Withdrawals require a bound payout method and confirmation with your PIN or passkey. Fees, exchange rates and any withholding tax are shown before you confirm. Payout timing depends on the rail you choose and on third-party processors we do not control.

Investment plans unlock daily earning capacity and recover 100% of their value over 30 days through daily ad earnings. Plans are not securities, deposits or guaranteed financial products, and earnings depend on you actually viewing available campaigns. After purchase, the Refund Policy tab lets you request a refund; every request is reviewed by an administrator and you are emailed the decision.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, automation or click farms to generate views.
• Create multiple or fake accounts, or use another person's identity documents.
• Use VPNs or proxies to misrepresent your location for campaign eligibility.
• Attempt to probe, scan, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform, its database or other members' accounts.
• Submit malicious input, spam, or abusive content through any form or chat.
• Use the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend, ban or permanently delete accounts that breach these rules, and withhold balances derived from the breach.

The platform, its name, logo, design system, code, copy and data are owned by monetizedgoogleads and protected by intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, frame, scrape or create derivative works from any part of it. Advertiser creatives remain the property of the advertisers.

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. Campaign supply varies, and we do not guarantee a specific number of ads, income level or uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, monetizedgoogleads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost earnings opportunity, or data loss. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify monetizedgoogleads against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the platform.

You may close your account at any time from Settings or by contacting support. We may terminate accounts for breach, fraud or legal requirement. Verified, legitimately earned balances remain payable to you on termination, subject to our fraud review.

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on this page and by email, and continued use after the effective date means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact: support@monetizedgoogleads.app.
